Sarandonga is an organisation that operates duly under a code of passing it on through Empowerment, igniting a dream and turning it into a vision that becomes a reality. What we intend to do is foster a culture of providing one with adequate skills and equip the individual with the right tools of self-improvement. As an organisation we thrive to play the mediator between the one who is kind enough to empower someone who has a dream and the one who dares to dream. We pride our selves into turning that very dream into existence and seeing that very individual passing it on to the next person who carries a dream of their own, a Revolution chain of Empowerment.

We strongly do believe that in the dream lies the purpose and without finding the purpose you cannot see your dream into a vision and without a vision you cannot have the tomorrow you dream about. We as an organisation stand as instigators and initiators of that process to come to life, we carry the formula so we strategically direct and coach the protégé to realising their full potential and the purpose in their dream.

What moves you- what sets you apart in your own universe- what makes you tick- what sets your heart in motion- what is your passion, all these are the foundation of who we are and what we are about. An organisation that is built on understanding that the world needs a change, it is not going to get better unless we become that change. Unless we rise and make moves, strategic moves from me to you only then it will start to take face then we will understand a change has begun, it started when we made the choice, it started here in the brotherhood when I chose to make you a better person and as I did so you made me a great one because you ignited my very own dream. It started here at Sarandonga and this is the dream.
